Max Stök, M.Sc.
Career
After training as a ship mechanic, he completed a Bachelor's and Master's degree in general mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Clausthal. After graduating, he was employed as a research assistant at the Fritz-Süchting-Institute for Mechanical Engineering.
Work topics
- Measurements on rope drives
- Numerical calculation of rope drives
- Spooling behavior of ropes in multilayer winding
- plastic-coated ropes
Student work
Ms. Wächter and I jointly supervise project and final theses on the subject of ropes and rope drums. The questions can be experimental or constructive, involve numerical and analytical calculations or literature research. Please feel free to contact me for possible tasks.
